Prohibited items
You can store practically anything, regardless of size and shape, so long as it’s not flammable, perishable or illegal. A few items are not suitable for storage. These are:
- Fire Extinguishers
- Gas bottles, cylinders and cans
- Fridge freezers that have not been defrosted
- Plants (unless pre-arranged)
- Food
- Jewellery and other such valuables (unless pre-arranged)
- Petrol & other inflammable liquids
- Batteries and other acids
- Guns, Ammunition and explosives
- Livestock
- Other liquids, fertilisers and chemicals
- Goods infected by woodworm, moths or damp
